Territory Sales Manager to Central Poland

Our business is expanding continuously, and we need to strengthen our organization with a new Territory Sales Manager in central Poland.

Role Description

  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
  • Visit end users and distribution partners
  • Conduct site surveys with a view to specify our products and advise customers on product selection
  • Build strong external networks and make the company known as a leader in personal protection.
  • Actively participate in events for clients
  • Translate the strategic targets into a plan with SMART methodology
  • Define ambitious and realistic sales targets and distribute these targets and/or sales platform targets
  • Implement additional duties assigned by manager
  • Secure and follow up on agreed activities on local contracts
  • Daily report activities in our CRM system

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with sales to end user customers and distribution
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales experience in a field of PPE or safety/industry related field
  • Fluent English
  • Driving license
  • Good presentation skills
