Territory Sales Manager - France
About the Role
Ejendals is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen relationships with key customers in France - Bretagne/Pays de Loire. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating turnover, strengthening Ejendals' presence in the market, and ensuring top-level customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with both distributors and end users to deliver outstanding solutions in personal protection.
In this position, you will report to the Country Sales Manager for France.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Serve as the main point of contact for territory customers and prospects, including distributors and end users.
- Leadership: Contribute to strategic team efforts, especially with key customers, and support the achievement of Ejendals' business goals.
- Operational: Monitor market trends, gather customer insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales strategies.
Main Tasks
- Report daily sales activities and results in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on sales performance and strategic changes affecting the sales process.
- Build a strong external network and promote Ejendals as a leader in the PPE section.
- Identify and engage potential new customers to expand the customer portfolio.
- Represent Ejendals at client events and conferences.
- Develop a regional sales plan aligned with Ejendals’ strategic objectives.
- Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets and ensure these are met or exceeded.
- Be a role model for Ejendals’ values and business plan.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
- Relevant University Degree or proven experience in the field.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
