Territory Sales Manager – North West Italy

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the North West Italy region (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria, Val d’Aosta) to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued success. This position will report directly to the Country Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established brand in the personal protection sector.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Regularly visit end-users and distributors to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Set and manage ambitious sales targets
  • Promote Ejendals as a leader in personal protection products through networking and market presence
  • Represent Ejendals at key client events and industry trade shows
  • Log all activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights on market trends, changes, and sales strategies
  • Develop and execute action plans that align with company strategy and ensure successful achievement of targets
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to implement business plans and achieve company goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree (High school or University)
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PPE market or with safety/industrial products
  • Strong background in end-user sales
  • Residence in Lombardia or Piemonte
