Customer Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Customer Contracts Team Manager within our Customer Service department.

 

In this role, you will lead a team of nine Customer Contracts Coordinators and Claims & Return Agents who support Ejendals by developing and maintaining business processes to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience. You will collaborate with Sales to manage and align customer information, including prices, bonuses, conditions, claims and returns. 

 

Main Tasks

  • Lead and develop your team in Leksand and Jokipii, who support colleagues and customers across 35 countries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure high level of service  
  • Second eye on customer contracts/agreements for accuracy and compliance.  
  • Drive continuous improvement of business processes  
  • Foster team development, providing coaching and support to achieve professional growth.  

 

You will report to the Customer Experience & Service Manager.  

 

Education and Experience  

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.  
  • Experience in leadership and team development.  
  • Knowledge of business law processes and administration.  
  • Experience in international B2B environments   
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with knowledge of the ERP system SAP.  
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
