EHSQ Coordinator

Your main tasks & responsibilities
- Administer and develop the Ejendals management system, working with documents, processes, non-conformities, deviations, improvements etc.
- Collect data for Ejendals quality and environmental reports.
- Lead internal and external revisions/audits.
- Review Ejendals list of laws/regulations regarding Environment (E) and Health & Safety (HS).
- Support the business with responses to customers within EHSQ/Sustainability.
- Support Ejendals work within EHSQ/Sustainability including reporting.
- Provide training within EHSQ/Sustainability
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
We believe that you have:
- A bachelor’s degree within relevant area, or other relevant experience
- 1–2 years of working experience, preferably from work according to ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
- Good IT skills (Office, especially Excel)
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both speaking and writing. Additional language skills are a plus
- A self-driven mindset with a strong "doer" attitude – you take initiative, work independently, and get things done with a focus on solutions.
Who you are:
This role places high demands on the ability to structure and plan your work. It is also of important that you have good communications skills and can create and maintain good relationships. You are independent and have a pro-active working style as well as the ability to work in a team. The closest team member for this role will be the EHSQ & Sustainability Manager, who you will collaborate with.
