Technical Product Support

As a Technical Product Support, you will work with Ejendals Suomi Oy’s supplier. Important part of your job is also to create good relationships with different departments within the company and with different subcontractors and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need good prioritization and organization skills, and you enjoy working with different stakeholders. Attention to detail is a virtue in this role and we appreciate if you are comfortable working with different systems. You will need fluent spoken and written Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus. You have good MS Office skills. You will excel in this role if you are willing to develop yourself and our processes.

Your tasks include:

• Supplier quality related tasks in various projects
• Wear test process participation
• Provide support to reclamation department
• Work method development
• Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders

The person we are looking for:

• Relevant degree (University of Applied Sciences, AMK) and/or experience in similar work.
• Well organized, proactive, takes initiative
• Willing to develop processes
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
