Territory Sales Manager Distribution - UK
About the Role
Ejendals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Sales Manager to drive sales and build relationships with key customers in the UK. As a Distribution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating turnover, strengthening Ejendals' presence in the market, and ensuring top-level customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with both distributors and end users to deliver outstanding solutions in personal protection.
In this position, you’ll report to Country Sales Manager for the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance: Drive revenue growth by increasing sales from both existing and new customers.
- Distribution: You will work with our Strategic Distribution partners to ensure we are a partner of choice.
- Sales: Serve as the main point of contact for Strategic Distribution Partners and prospects, including some specific end users.
- Leadership: Contribute to strategic team efforts, especially with key customers, and support the achievement of Ejendals' business goals.
- Operational: Manage customer and prospect data via CRM, and work cross-functional to share market insights and customer needs.
Main Tasks
- Report daily sales activities and results in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular review meetings with Strategic Partners
- Stay up-to-date on sales performance and strategic changes affecting the sales process.
- Build a strong external network and promote Ejendals as a leader in the PPE section.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities.
- Represent Ejendals at client events and conferences.
- Develop a National distribution sales plan aligned with Ejendals’ strategic objectives.
- Set ambitious yet realistic sales targets and ensure these are met or exceeded.
- Be a role model for Ejendals’ values and business plan.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
- Relevant University Degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a related field.
