Role Description

In the position as Sales Support Coordinator you support the Chief Commercial Officer and the Sales organization. You will report to Chief Commercial Officer. Your main tasks are:
•    Support Chief Commercial Officer with the execution of daily tasks
•    Organize sales meeting
•    Daily interaction moments with salespeople
•    Plan and coordinate Academies and Sales event (internal + external)
•    Develop and coordinate the SP/POS-process
•    Cooperate with receptionist regarding internal travel bookings, internal communication and Sales activities.
The traveling is limited but happens occasionally and is a part of the job as a Sales Support Coordinator. It is estimated to be up to 5 % /annually. Mostly to sales meetings across Europe.

 

Qualifications 
A higher education or university degree is preferred. A commercial background is highly valued. You need to have documented work experience and good track record in a similar role. In the position as Sales Support Coordinator need to be fluent in English and Swedish. It’s preferable with additional language skills. Knowledge in the CRM-system is a plus.

You are a driven person who makes things done. You have a capability to managing several tasks at the same time, in the best possible way. You have a proactive approach and know what is going on and needed on a daily basis. Other desired traits for this position are optimistic, organized and commercial acumen. You have the ability to adapt due to Ejendals being a dynamic and expanding company.
