Indoor Sales

Join our Customer Service team! We’re looking for an Indoor Sales Agent.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional support to our customers primarily across the DACH market, ensuring they receive high-quality service and product assistance every day.

The role

As an Indoor Sales Agent, your daily tasks will include providing product support and order management through phone and email, primarily focusing on our existing customers. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service across different markets. You'll also be in touch with the sales organisation to help solve customer needs and keep things running smoothly.

Your profile

• At least a high school diploma, with a passion for customer service.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in the Office suite and business systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Fluency in both German and English. Swedish is a plus.
• Experience in the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) industry is a great advantage but not required
