Finance Operations Analyst, Temporary replacement
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to contribute to a stable and efficient international team? Ejendals is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst for a temporary replacement role starting April 1, 2026.
About the Role
The mission of this role is to serve as a critical anchor for our daily financial activities, ensuring that Finance Operations are stable, accurate, and highly efficient. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) lifecycle and execute various daily finance operations tasks to maintain the highest standards of financial data and reporting integrity. These responsibilities include managing daily cash bookings, handling the common finance mailbox, and supporting both Accounts Receivable and cash management functions to ensure continuous departmental workflow.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete flow of AP and provide support to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Treasury/cash management:
- Accounts Payable: Handle the scanning, coding, and payment of supplier invoices.
- Cash Management: Book incoming and outgoing cash for both AP and AR, and serve as a general backup for daily Finance Operations to ensure continuous workflow.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage payment reminders and handle order releases.
- Communication: Maintain professional communication by managing the common finance mailbox.
Your Profile
To succeed in this position, you should have the following qualifications:
- Education: A University degree or similar in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and oral) is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in SAP is considered a distinct advantage.
- Mindset: A humble, cooperative, and team-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous learning.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility to handle shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

Practical Information
- Form of employment: Temporary position appr. 1,5 year.
- Location: Leksand with some flexibility for remote work.
