Main tasks 

We are now looking for a Data Distribution Specialist to join our Customer Operations department. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that product and business-critical data are efficiently distributed across internal systems and external channels. You will manage and develop data flows to customers through file exports, web and industry portals, integrations, and other platforms, while contributing to both daily operations and long-term improvements. 

• Lead the planning, management, and development of Data Distribution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and develop data flows to customers, including data extraction, transformation, and loading through multiple distribution channels.
• Take active part in projects related to development and improvement 
• Work hands-on with existing manual processes while driving automation and efficiency improvements over time. 

In the role of Data Distribution Specialist, you will report to the Customer Operations Director and contribute your expertise as part of the Customer Operations management team 

Traveling may occur. 

Education and Experience 

For this role, we believe you have relevant experience in system and data management along with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy both operational work and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Your Profile:

• Experience with system and data management (PIM/ERP/MDM/Power Automate or similar). 
• Competence in data processing and transformation (ETL).
• Experience with process and UI/browser automation.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and business acumen.
• Project management skills.
• A collaborative team player with strong social skills.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written. 

As a person, you are proactive, structured, and committed to delivering efficient and reliable data distribution. You communicate clearly and build good relations with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Leksand 

Form of employment: Full-time, until further notice with 6 months’ probation period.
