HR Operations & Payroll Administrator

Are you passionate about HR Administration, thrive in a global environment, and love getting things done? We’re looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Administrator to join our international team at Ejendals and play a key role in supporting our operations across Finland and rest of the world. We are looking for a person with the right attitude and the will to learn new skills!

What You’ll do

As an HR Operations & Payroll Administrator, you’ll handle a broad range of HR administrative tasks, including:

  • Acting as the point of contact to coordinate our international payroll providers
  • Managing day-to-day HR admin tasks related to all our employees in Finland and rest of the world
  • Participating in various HR projects to optimize internal workflows
  • Supporting and driving continuous improvement in HR processes

You’ll be part of a collaborative, international team that values both structure and flexibility—and where your contribution makes a real impact. Travels may occur.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with a natural drive and strong sense of ownership. You are structured yet flexible, service-minded, and enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish, Finnish and English (written and spoken)
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently and be solution-oriented
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive, respectful attitude

 

 

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, HRM system.
  • Additional language skills
