PROJECT MANAGER

We at Ejendals are looking for an experienced Project Manager with an international and business-oriented mindset, and who has been leading projects for a longer period. This person should understand how to work according to product management framework as well understand the importance of being responsible for leading the projects with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders. It is an advantage if you have experience from the PPE industry, but it is not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the project and all it’s aspects to get it delivered on time with the given framework.
• Lead the cross-functional project team and given process

framework.

• Steering the projects and secure the project by monitoring the settled goals and taking the necessary action if deviation notice (time, volume, profitability etc.)
• Responsible to create and follow up project timeline and milestones

according to settled launch plan to secure launch on time according to road map.

• Responsible for the development of project and cross-functional

processes, methods of operation and organization to achieve the project’s goal.

• Responsible to assure quality secured product data information that can be delivered to different consumers.
• Responsible to update PLF team/cross-functional project team of project related topics/issues and other relevant points and deviations.
• Responsible for presenting projects according to process at Steering Group and other necessary stakeholders.
• Responsible for product development in tight collaboration with internal and external suppliers/stakeholders
• Cooperation between departments and support at Ejendals Group level.
• Responsibility that Ejendals has a competitive product offering with respect to product performance and profitability.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Project management
• International experience and outlook
• Efficient and organizational
• Capable to identify, anticipate and resolve potential risks (business or other relevant ones) inside the projects.
• To guide and motivate the project team in achieving the goals
• Fluency in English required, other languages are in favor
• Driven, independent and a self-starter

The position is a permanent and the start is agreed separately. Probation period is applied.

This person should be able to work as much as possible at Jokipii area as many of the other stakeholders are located in that area, but partial remote working is possible (Hybrid).
